At the heart of CONVERSATION 3.0 RADIO BROADCAST is a passionate voice committed to inspiring change and encouraging growth. Tammy Renae brings a wealth of wisdom and a vibrant spirit to every session. She is multitalented and known for her delicious brand of treats called Heavenly Tease. Known for the number one best selling cookie world wide called "Turtlelicious. She is also a new author of the book titled "Church Hurt: A Guide to Understanding Healing and Restoration". Tammy's mission is to help heal the hurting who have been wounded by the church. Tammy is a seasoned radio personality of 17 years in Gospel Radio and her desire is to give people a memorable encounter and leave them in a better space than she found them. STEFAN "SELF RULER" WEST
Our co-host Stefan "Self Ruler" West, is an integral part of the CONVERSATION 3.0 family, bringing fresh perspectives and thoughtful intriguing dialogue to our listeners. His commitment to uplifting spirits and promoting God shines through in every broadcast. Stefan has been a ruler empowering his community over a decade with the "BlackWallStChallenge". Supporting black owned business to help economically empower our communities. Each February he highlights a black owned business in honor of Black History 365 to challenge us to patronize our own. Stefan is also a well skilled and successful notary. He's admired for who he is a father and a pillar in our community. His impact is felt all over the world, because he truly spreads his love abroad. CONVERSATION 3.0 is blessed to have Stefan as a co-host. His skills and abilities are a tremendous asset not only to our brand and broadcast, but to our mission. BUFFY DILLON AKA "QUEEN B"
Rounding out our dynamic team is Co-host Buffy Dillon, whose unique voice adds depth and discernment to CONVERSATION 3.0 RADIO BROADCAST. With a focus on edifying our audience, Buffy helps shape the impactful conversations we share. She founded the "Dwann Dillon Colon Cancer Foundation" in honor of her late husband Dwann Dillon. She has been President and CEO of the foundation now going on year 16. She also owns and operates No Limit Hair Care Barber and Beauty Salon now over 30 years. Buffy is a true philanthropist who spearheads many events and missions in the Saint Louis Community. She is a pillar of our city who has received many awards and accolades for her humanity of service. She is beloved in our city and we are blessed to have her as a co-host of CONVERSATION 3.0.
